菜乾紅棗蒸肉餅
( 家庭食譜,特別適合兒童 )
材料: 白菜乾約 30克,紅棗 6只,豬肉 400-500克 (因菜乾吸油,最好用約1/4 肥肉,這樣口感更佳)
材料處理:
1) 先將豬肉切片,再將其剁碎(約5分鐘),
2) 豬肉調味: 加入糖半湯匙,米酒半湯匙,生抽一湯匙,鹽適量(約1/4湯匙),生粉一湯匙,拌渾醃 5分鐘,備用。
3) 將菜乾放入清水浸泡約5小時,
4) 紅棗(去核)一起清洗乾淨切好,
5) 將 (3)及(4) 剁碎(約2分鐘),備用。
製作方法:
1) 把備用豬肉、菜乾和紅棗拌勻
2) 加入約150毫升生粉水(生粉半湯匙)一起拌勻,放置適合的碟中。 (佈放材料時不要太厚,薄點更易熟)
3) 大火煮沸蒸窩內的水,蒸時約需10-15分鐘。亦可以放入煮飯鍋一起與飯同熟。
